Guides
Documentation
Plain-language guides for SoloBit Miners pools.
Solo vs FairShare
Solo (1%) means the miner who finds the block receives that block’s reward (minus the 1% pool fee). Shares do not earn coins by themselves — they only prove you are working on the network.
FairShare (0%) means when the pool finds a block, the reward is split: 29% finder bonus (hours-weighted) · 5% loyalty · 66% PPLNS among recent sharers in a 7-day window. Lower variance than solo for smaller hashrate.
Worker format
Always use YOUR_ADDRESS.workerName. Everything before the first dot is the payout address. Extra dots after that are fine for naming rigs (ADDRESS.rack1.s9).
Shares, difficulty, rejects
The pool assigns a share difficulty so your miner can prove work often. Accepted shares raise your hashrate estimate. Rejected/stale shares usually mean latency, wrong coin, or a just-changed block template — check the recent shares table on the dashboard.
Smart Connect helps you probe the right difficulty hint — it is not an extra mining port.
Fees & maturity
Solo pools charge 1%. FairShare pools charge 0%. Block rewards mature after 100 confirmations before payout.
Coins supported
BTC, BCH, DGB, and HOBC (HobbyHash). Each coin has a solo pool and a FairShare pool with one dedicated stratum port.
Live stats
Dashboards use a dedicated Node.js WebSocket feed. Tables paginate at 15 rows so even hundreds of miners stay fast. If the socket drops, the page falls back to REST snapshots until it reconnects — still without a full page refresh.
Public API
